Diamond Floyd, LLC. (“DF”), based in Bradenton, FL has been in operation since July 2025.
DF is a financial services holding company and merchant bank. DF’s services include financial consulting, reverse mergers, restricted stock loans, business plan development, and investing. DF works with publicly traded companies as well as privately held companies in the process of becoming fully reporting.

Richard J. Diamond
Managing Member and President
Mr. Diamond currently serves as a Managing Member and President of Diamond Floyd, LLC (“DF”) since its inception on July 2025.
Prior to his position with DF, Mr. Diamond served as a independent consultant working for private and public companies helping them with their public company filings, administration and due diligence from 2019 to 2025.
Mr. Diamond served as the Chief Operating Officer of Apogee Financial Investments, Inc. (“Apogee”) from. 2013 to 2019. Prior to being promoted to this position in 2013, Mr. Diamond served as a Senior Vice President and President of Apogee since its inception in February 2004. Mr. Diamond was a co-founder of Apogee and his areas of responsibility include administration, due diligence, document preparation and review, and assisting clients with corporate filings and compliance.
Mr. Diamond has a vast knowledge of reverse mergers and assisting private companies in going public via reverse merger transactions.
Prior to joining Apogee, Mr. Diamond served as Managing Member and Vice President of Apogee Business Consultants, LLC from April 2000 until December 2005 working primarily on reverse mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Diamond previously served as founder, President and sole director of RJ Diamond Consulting, Inc., a privately owned Florida corporation specializing in financial and public company consulting from October 2001 until December 2005.
Mr. Diamond graduated from Florida Southern College in Lakeland Florida in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance and a minor concentration in Marketing.
Christopher (“CJ”) Floyd
Managing Member and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Floyd serves as a Managing Member of Diamond Floyd and co-founded the company in July 2025. He has worked in a variety of financial and operational capacities in startups, in private and public companies, in mergers and acquisitions, and in turnarounds and as an auditor, investment banker and consultant. He has wide experience in SEC reporting, and legal and auditing matters.
Previously, Mr. Floyd worked for Ernst & Young in Berlin, performing audit and privatization engagements.
He received his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, 1986.
